 Refund Policy:

At Sabai Thai Massage, we kindly ask clients to respect our time and therapists by providing adequate notice for cancellations or changes to appointments.

Payments and deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or if an appointment is cancelled less than one (1) hour prior to the scheduled start time. This policy applies to all services.

If a deposit was collected, cancellations made more than one (1) hour in advance  may be eligible for rescheduling. Refunds are not provided for services already completed.
